If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products please contact sundotflags@gmail.com with the following information:
1. Your Name and Order Number
2. Item(s) you would like to return
3. Reason for return
4. Your preference for a refund or product exchange.
Sundot Marine Flags will issue a refund or exchange based on the information you provide. Sundot Marine Flags currently does not provide shipping for returns. Sundot Marine Flags will provide shipping for all exchange items shipped back to the customer, at no additional cost.
Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Being based in Hawaii, shipping usually takes longer than the Continental US, so please be patient.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
